How to be boujee on a budget

It never hurts to be a little extra. I, myself love being a little over the top, especially when it comes to wearing certain styles and pieces. If you want the glam, over-the-top look, but you don't want to break the bank, here are some of my favorite ideas! 

Animal Prints

Incorporating animal prints into your outfits always create that 'extra' vibe. Animal prints create a bold statement, and will allow you to stand out from the crowd, while also giving you that boujee look. They can turn a plain, normal outfit into one that is unique. I wore my animal print coat with a red jumpsuit. It turned my plain, red jumpsuit into an exciting blend of boujee. Tiny Sunglasses

Tiny sunglasses are an excellent choice if you're wanting to be a little extra. They are subtle, but they also look trendy and stylish. Accessories are a must if you're wanting to look put together. To achieve a high-end, boujee look, it is very important to accessorize. I got my Cartier sunglasses from Mercari, an app where people sell used/unwanted items. Cartier sunglasses can be pretty pricy, but I was able to snag designer, vintage sunglasses for $75 dollars! I would highly recommend downloading Mercari, Poshmark, or any app like this. These apps are perfect vessels for cheap designer accessories to help you look banging! If you aren't interested in anything used, Urban Outfitters carriers a pair for just $18 dollars, which is a low price for high style ;)

Hoop Earrings

Need I say more?!? I know you have most likely seen them around, because everyone has them! They have them for good reasons too. Hoop earrings, similar to sunglasses, bring together an outfit. They make that boring outfit an exciting little party, right on your ears! If you haven't already invested in this trend, it's not too late! Romwe carries oversized hoop earrings for just $3, so get yourself a pair!

Hair Styling

This one is absolutely free! Ya, you're welcome ;) Pigtails are a fashion risk that every girl has to try. They are fun, and they make you stand out from the crowd, which is something every boujee hairstyle will do. You don't even need to do pigtails; You could do anything to your hair that assists in bringing together your whole look. I also love putting my hair up and taking out the front pieces, or even just gel-ing it all back! You could also do space buns. Doing your hair is an easy (and free) way to help you achieve that boujee look.
